Due to the nature of our digital products and services — which provide immediate access to course content, AI tools, and subscription features upon purchase — we follow a strict no-refund policy as a general rule.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. In the rarest of cases, and entirely at our discretion, we may consider a refund request if the situation genuinely qualifies under the conditions described below.

General No-Refund Policy

All purchases made on SnapTheTech — including but not limited to subscription plans, one-time course purchases, mock test access, AI feature credits, and premium memberships — are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Digital content and platform access is delivered immediately upon payment.
• You have reviewed the plan/product details and pricing prior to purchase.
• You agree to these terms and understand refunds are not automatically available.
• Partial-period refunds for unused subscription time are not offered.

Exceptional Cases — When a Refund May Be Considered

Refund requests will only be considered in the worst-case scenarios, such as the following, at the sole discretion of SnapTheTech:

• Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a confirmed payment gateway error, and the duplicate charge has been verified by our team.
• Platform Failure: A critical technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing the purchased service entirely, and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days).
• Unauthorised Transaction: Your account was charged without your knowledge or consent due to an unauthorised breach, and a formal complaint or bank dispute is already in progress.
• Service Not Delivered: The specific service or feature you paid for was never made available to you due to an error on our platform, and no alternative resolution has been provided.

Even in the above scenarios, a refund is not guaranteed. Our team will investigate the claim thoroughly before making a final decision. All decisions made by SnapTheTech regarding refund eligibility are final.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Subscription fees for periods already used or partially used.
• Purchases where course content, mock tests, or AI features have been accessed.
• Promotional, discounted, or coupon-based purchases.
• Purchases made during special sale events or limited-time offers.
• Add-on features, tokens, or credits once consumed or redeemed.
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service and were suspended or terminated.

How to Submit a Refund Request

If you believe your situation genuinely qualifies as one of the exceptional cases described above, you may reach out to us within 7 days of the original transaction date. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by our team after investigation, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

SnapTheTech reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via updates to this page. Your continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
